Networks built in Corfu
Multiple opportunities for delegates to make connections at HEM.
Plenty of networking during the two days of High Energy Mariculture.
Each day boasted a networking lunch with the stunning view over the Gouvia Bay, providing a great location for discussions away from the conference room. Delegates had further opportunity to meet with the conference sponsors Fitco (Gold Sponsors), Wieland Group, Mørenot Aquaculture, AND International, NLB Corp. and Retificio Ribola and their fellow attendees to discuss the contents of the topical sessions during the coffee breaks.
Danilia Village, a replica of a traditional Corfiot village, the film set of “The Durrells” and “For Your Eyes Only” was the setting for the conference dinner. Delegates were welcomed with drinks under the starry Corfu night sky on the main street. After being greeted by Marianne Rasmussen Coulling, who encouraged attendees to “meet with friends old and new” and to continue to discuss the “key issues within the industry and beyond”, a meal of traditional Greek dishes was served.
A key part of the High Energy and Offshore Mariculture conferences, networking sessions add further learning and business to take place away from the conference room. Ensure you are part of the next conference, sign up to the High Energy Mariculture e-newsletter here.
