Biography
Ana Milina was born on 24th of May 1965. in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
The Main School has been finish in Korčula (resident place) while the High School finished in Zagreb, capital of Croatia.
After High School Graduation, Ana continued his education on Veterinary Faculty in Zagreb as well where in 1990. graduated as fine student.
The professional improvement was continuing in New Zealand.
After this experience, she worked for 8 years on fish & mussels farm in Dubrovnik area.
From 2000. Ana Milina as General Manager leads Organic Fish Farm Riba Mljet d.o.o.
Abstract
Riba Mljet was founded in 2004 with investment from private individuals from the US, Netherlands and Mljet Island. In 2006 on Fibl’s (Research Institute of Organic Agriculture) recommendation, the company turned to organic production. In 2008 the company was certified by the prestigious European certification companies Naturland (Germany) and BioSuisse (Switzerland). Riba Mljet is unique as it is the only organic fish farm in Croatia and one of only five in the whole of Europe. Fish raised are: Seabream, Seabass and Meagre. Generally, the target market is German-speaking countries such as Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
