Conference Programme
The Offshore Mariculture Conference is a must attend event for anyone involved in, or looking to become involved in, this rapidly expanding sector of the aquaculture market.
The Call for Papers for the 2014 Conference will be announced shortly.
The final programme for the 2012 Conference included presentations on key policy and research updates together with practical offshore farming operations, latest innovations and products and a spotlight on Turkey with case studies from Turkish fish farmers.

The conference was chaired by Neil Sims, Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Kampachi Farms and sessions at the Conference will included the following:
- Planning and development: international case studies
- Species and feed
- Integration with other technologies and new approaches to farming
- Innovative case technologies
- Husbandry and site services
- The Turkish offshore sector - planning, execution and success stories
The programme also included discussion sessions involving all speakers with the aim to stimulate new ideas for the sector!
Included in the delegate fee was a place at the Conference Gala Dinner which, for 2012, was hosted by the Turkish Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock. Delegates also had the opportunity to visit an offshore fish farm on the third and final day of the Conference, which wass also included in the delegate fee.
